Mitigation Projects in the rest of Maharashtra

These projects were allocated for implementing structural mitigation projects in the rest of Maharashtra, with administrative approvals provided for multiple structural mitigation projects, such as flood protection walls, retaining walls, lake repair works, and stormwater drainage works. These interventions shall reduce the impact of hazards such as floods and landslides. These projects, which are being implemented between 2024-26, will help in building the disaster resilience of people in the rest of Maharashtra.
